Our workshops are interactive, informative, and appropriate for all ages and ability levels.

In this class, Anna will explain the basic science of fermentation and the fungal nature of kombucha. She will teach you how to care for your own Symbiotic Culture Of Bacteria & Yeast so that you can brew affordable, delicious, probiotic kombucha from the comfort of your own kitchen.
